Ever since I heard miss Khloe K say these very words on the Tonight Show, I'm #obsessed! I've restarted my health & fitness journey and one of my biggest struggles has always been cutting out the sugary drinks, and increasing my water intake!
I've found a few little tips & tricks to help me stay on track this time! [[ & I thought "Hey, if this helps me it could possibly help someone else!" So I'm sharing it with you! XXO! ]]
First thing's first... I like pretty things. I REALLY like pretty things when they help me stay healthy AND make life a little easier. SO needless to say, I'm clearly #OBSESSED with my Arbonne Water Bottle!
AND I like to mix things up & keep them interesting! To keep me excited about drinking my water I found a few AMAZING recipes & created a Pinterest Board as my "go-to" resource when I'm ready to change things up!
So far my FAVE has been adding strawberries! I often find myself sticking with just lemon too!
