One of the most effective (and my personal favorite) ways to increase your customers’ satisfaction is by building strong connections + good relationships!

1. Listen to what they have to say. Some will just need to rant Hear them out, even if they are wrong. Don’t take it personally and always respond in a professional manner. Others may have a valid point and need to know someone is actually listening to them.👂🏻


2. Don’t just pass the blame or issue to someone else. No one likes to get the run around and be shoved off onto someone else. Get the answers the customer needs as quickly as possible. 🗂


3. Keep your promises. Only agree to what you can actually deliver. Saying you will deliver more than you can not only stresses you but you lose the customer’s trust.📆


4. On the other hand, under-promise and over-deliver whenever possible.👌🏻💣


5. Be KIND. Thank your customer for their business. 🙏🏻
