What do you do? (What's your job description / title?): Chief Awesome Officer
What do you REALLY do?: A variety of things, including helping people that need me. I'm a supporter of other people in their businesses, whether it's as a photographer, virtual assistant, web designer or just a general "fixer".
How/when did you get started?: I started 6 years ago helping a single photographer spell check her blog posts and it has just kind of blossomed from there. The information in my head that I know so easily is not something that comes naturally for everyone. Discovering that was the ticket to being able to do what I do!
Celeb Crush: Sam Heughan - he plays Jamie in Outlander and *drool*
Fave Song / Current Jam: Renegades by X Ambassadors. I was an extra in one of their videos last year and it has been a song that is guaranteed to pull me out of a slump and be ready to ROCK!
Fave thing to do: Nap. Or read a good book.
Spirit Emoji: 😍 😻 or ❤️ I'm always showering people with love!
Go-To lipstick color/brand: Anything by Nyx! The staying power is so amazing, it's not drying at all and the range of colors makes me happy.
Favorite Outfit // Work: Skirt with leggings and boots, with a top. I have a wide range of combinations.
Favorite Outfit // Play: A long flowing tank (that is never long enough because I'm so tall...I usually end up doing this with what other people would use as a dress) with jeggings and usually my slip on rubber shoes.
Thing you NEVER leave the house without: My Apple Watch and iPhone! Non-tech related, a water bottle.
Fave part of being a #girlboss: Being able to manage my own schedule - it allows me to do things that make my heart happy. Example: this morning, I was able to launch a fundraiser I've been working on for the last month for a local bakery, have a conference call with a new client in my pajamas, take a nap and now lay in bed on a heating pad for my poor back while my disabled holds me and takes a nap himself.
Inspired most by: The goodness of others
One thing about you that might surprise others: I've been an extra on television and commercials and love acting - I'm okay being a "normal" person in the background. It's a great way to get out of my house and meet a lot of new people.
2016 Goals: To grow my business consistently. I'm content where I am now, but growing is always good! Figuring out some ways to scale it properly without losing the awesomeness I have going on.
